It’s a loving reminder that our faith is tested in so many ways. For me, it’s being tested by the chaotic state of the world today. It’s tested when fear begins to creep into my life. Fear as I’m scrubbing the house with disinfectant and wondering if I’ll become ill. Fear for my grandchildren as they return to school in September. My faith is tested as J and I work to keep our relationship strong now that we’re together 24-7.

But I continue to be reminded that God has my back. Even though I see chaos He’s got things under control. I’m glad He sees the calm beyond this storm because I’m struggling each day to see through the division plaguing our country before another election.
