Season 17 Destiny 2

Season of the Haunted kicked off on Tuesday which means more time spent in Destiny 2 than Final Fantasy. We’re still logging into FFXIV regularly, especially this week because the housing lottery is active again. Fingers crossed that we land a medium house for our FC. Hubby really wanted to get a house in the Lavender Beds zone, I wanted Shirogane but it looks like we’ll be bidding on a place in the new district, Empyreum. There are still a lot of mediums available so we should be able to snag a plot without other players making bids on it.

With the new season of Destiny 2 underway I’m all in but still playing less than usual. I’ve been busy around the house and in the yard as we prepare to jump into pool season. My grandson left me a voice message the other day asking when the pool would be open. Our pool isn’t heated. It came with the house we bought so we’re not complaining although we did look into having a heater installed. After dropping $17K to have it resurfaced we tapped out when it came to the cost of the heater and how much they had to do in order to make it work. Our pool was installed back in the 70s so we’re grandfathered in on a few township codes. We want to keep it that way.

Still playing Titan but I’m considering dusting off my Warlock and leveling her power level. I haven’t played Warlock since Beyond Light dropped at the end of 2020. That means going through a lot of old story/cut scene/mission content before getting to play in the current expansion, The Witch Queen. Might be better to get the Titan ranked up and then play the Warlock. We’ll see.

Time to log in and get some bounties completed. The holiday weekend kicks off in a few hours so I need to get some solid game time in before the kids and grandkids descend on the house.

Peace,

Nim
